My yoga story
Originating from Brazil i have called the United Kingdom home since 2011, with most of those years spent in the enchanting landscapes of Scotland. Although I graduated with a degree in Accountancy and Finance and attended occasional yoga classes, it wasn’t until the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic that I truly immersed myself in the practice of yoga. This journey of self-discovery and wellness has transformed my life in profound ways.
During the challenging and uncertain times of the pandemic, I turned to Ashtanga yoga, drawn to its structured approach. Practicing daily, I experienced remarkable mental and physical benefits. Yoga became a grounding force, helping me maintain my mental health and providing tools to navigate turbulent times—like the power of deep, mindful breaths.
As I deepened my practice, I began to listen more closely to my intuition. This newfound clarity led me to leave the corporate world and embark on a new path. Fresh from an intensive yoga teacher training in India, I am now eager to share my skills and knowledge with others, hoping to bring the same transformative benefits of yoga to their lives.
