Prana, the Sanskrit word for breath or life force, perfectly embodies the essence of my yoga practice. At Prana Yoga, my mission is to help you reconnect with your breath and harness its power to enhance your well-being.
Patanjali, the father of modern yoga and author of the Yoga Sutras, identified eight limbs of yoga. Among these are Asanas—the physical postures we commonly practice in yoga classes—and Pranayama, the art of breath control.
